I am paying for my employee’s plan. Can I view their Question History?

No. Only the patient’s licensed healthcare provider, authorized by the patient, can view their question history. We include this information by default for Hospitals, Clinics, Doctors, and Prescribers. These organizations already have an established provider relationship with the patient. However, we do not include this information for Employers.

General reports are available to Employers. However, no specific details as to the Question history of the employee will be provided. All potentially identifying information is de-identified.
